历史沿革[edit]
据百度百科，此地在明万历初年便已露出水面成陆；清道光十三年（1833年）此处成为沙洲。最早有林姓村民围垦定居，光绪八年（1882年）陈姓迁入，1986年设为行政村。[3]博雅地名网则称，此地先叫竹排沙，后来设为竹排大队。1986年成立竹排村委会，1995年改为竹排管理区，2002年又恢复为村委会。[1]
地理与人口[edit]
村域土地总面积约4550亩，其中海边草滩约1000亩，村内鱼塘约2000亩，已征收1550亩建立了竹排工业园区。[1]博雅地名网载，本村户籍人口1630人，分为9个村民小组，未注明年份。[1]百度百科载，常住人口约2590人，户籍人口则为2023年末的1791人；村中通行的是粤方言沙田话。[3]
产业与设施[edit]
园区内有十多家厂企；本村出产禾虫、四大家鱼、南美白对虾和海鲈等。[1]百度百科称，皮革制品与船舶修造是村内的主要行业，企业十余家；2017年，村集体收入为220万元。[3]村中建有文化广场、社区卫生服务站、健身小公园，还有市场商铺和水利防灾减灾工程。[1][2]
荣誉[edit]
2019年9月，竹排村入选「2018年广东省“民主法治示范村（社区）”创建单位」名单。[1]2026年3月，村被认定为广东省第三批「百千万工程」典型村镇。[1]百度百科还载，村庄曾被列为中山市首批美丽城乡示范村，并获评「广东省卫生村」。[3]
