板芙村是板芙镇北部的行政村，位于镇的河西片，旧时是镇墟所在地，村与河东片之间以板芙大桥相连。村域面积6平方千米，2023年1月户籍人口3652人。[1][2]
村名与沙洲有关：此处原为西江冲积形成的沙洲，清初淤成后因盛产芙蓉而被称为芙蓉沙。[2]
历史沿革[edit]
博雅地名网称1951年村以沙名定名；百度百科则称当年改名芙蓉村，两说不同。[1][2]
1953年，板尾与芙蓉两村合并，组成板芙乡（乡名取两村首字，辖区含今四联一带）。1961年，板尾从本村分出，称庙滘大队；1963年，四联也分出。[2]
1981年复称板芙。1983年11月，村内改设板芙管理区，隶属板芙乡；1986年12月，设村委会，隶属板芙镇；1989年改为管理区；1998年8月，管理区撤销，村复称板芙村民委员会。[2]
村庄概况[edit]
村内辖庙滘、禾尾两个自然村，设11个村民小组。[1] 博雅地名网则记为辖下1个自然村，同样设11个村民小组，两处对自然村数目的记载不一。[2]
博雅地名网记村里常住3293人、共730户，农业人口3230人，外来人口有1784人（未注年份）。[2]
经济以农业为主，特色农产品「三沙龙芽粘米」曾为地方特产。据百度百科，2024年农业总产值为6458万元，蔬菜、种植与鱼虾塘的产量增幅都超过10%。[1]
文体活动中心和体育公园是村里的设施。禾尾自然村借河涌治理建成「精品村」示范区，村庄环境卫生被评为省级卫生村。[1]

2020年9月、2021年10月和2022年10月，板芙村先后三次上榜阿里研究院公布的淘宝村名单。[2]
