历史沿革[edit]
村名来自郑姓先祖郑子纲的号。据族谱和县志所载，郑子纲是郑菊叟的第九世孙，明代从桥头迁来，后人在村西建雍陌府君庙，并以“雍陌”为村名。村址原在中山温泉宾馆溜冰场一带，始祖姓洪，村名曾称洪化村，后迁至现址。[1][3]
1949年前后，雍陌属东桂乡，1953年分出另设雍陌乡。1958年一度分为雍一至雍三三个大队，1963年并为雍陌大队；1983年又恢复为乡，1986年12月才定下现在的村名。[2]
人口民族[edit]
2008年，村内常住人口7103人。同年法人单位60个，工业产值为41035万元。[2]
名胜古迹[edit]
郑观应故居在村内西上二巷6号，光绪二十九年（1903年）动工兴建，占地面积约305平方米。这处故居在2000年纳入了中山市的文物保护名录（属第四批市级文物），2008年又升为广东省第五批省级文物保护单位。[4]
中山温泉位于村北罗三妹山南麓，占地约2.2平方千米。它是中国首家中外合作旅游企业，邓小平为其题写了名称，1980年正式开业。泉眼水温达93摄氏度。[5]
雍陌石板路在郑观应故居后方，由郑观应的父亲郑启华出资修建，建于清代，现存长约800米，宽约3米。[6]
文化[edit]
1984年1月，邓小平在罗三妹山下行路上说出“我从来不走回头路”，罗三妹山就在村北，离村子不到500米。[7]
1987年10月25日，美国歌手迈克尔·杰克逊到访雍陌村。[7]
郑观应生于1842年，卒于1921年（另一说为1922年），出生在雍陌村，是近代启蒙思想家、实业家，著有《盛世危言》。[8]
2023年3月，雍陌村被列入第六批中国传统村落名录。[3]
