前陇社区位于三乡镇东面约4.7公里处，面积2.5平方千米，驻地在前陇村，下辖前陇、美溪、美溪新村3个自然村。社区以前陇村为名，该村旧名前垄环，后简称前垄。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
元代冉、聂两姓迁来此地建村，最初称丰乐境；此后张、唐两姓也迁入，张姓后人为纪念始祖张垄，改村名为前垄环。1949年前改称今名。[1][2]
1986年12月前陇析出，设前陇村委会。关于并村的年份，博雅地名网两处记载不同：一处为2001年底与西山、塘敢合并为东桂村委会，另一处为2002年底。2005年，东桂村的前陇片改为社区居委会。[1][2]
人口民族[edit]
2012年，社区户籍人口约1000人，非户籍人口超过1万人。[2]
经济[edit]
同一年份，社区工业产值超过16亿元，集体年收入一千多万元。广珠公路穿过村西，沙坦公路旁建有工业园区。[2]
名胜古迹[edit]
美溪塔位于美溪小组，建于清代末年，为四层六角攒尖顶楼阁式砖塔，高约13米。1988年修缮时，塔身改用釉面瓷片镶贴，塔尖用琉璃瓦。[3]
