社区坐落于镇域东南，南侧临靠鸡鸦水道，行政上属广东省中山市南头镇。它由原孖沙村与穗西村合并而来，2009年1月改设为社区居民委员会。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

新中国成立前此地称穗隆围。1951年设结合乡，1954年分立出北帝、穗西、孖沙三个村。1964年北帝与穗西合组结合大队，1974年两者又各自分立。2001年8月，孖沙与穗西并为一个村委会；直到2009年1月才改为社区居委会，此名称延续至今。[2]

地理与人口[edit]

社区面积的说法有出入：博雅地名网称约4平方公里，百度百科则给出4.5平方千米。人口方面，博雅地名网记为常住8300多人、外来人口12000多人；百度百科给出的数字是：常住约2.3万，户籍约1.1万。两处数字均未注明年份。[1][2]

经济[edit]

社区以工业为主，发展思路是以工业带动村与社区。博雅地名网记有三个工业园区，占地逾1300亩，引入企业180多家；它还称2013年预计全年集体经济收入超过1000万元。[2][3]

百度百科则提到，社区开发的工业用地逾1500亩，引进企业80余家；近年又改造低效工业园区，借「工改」项目整合产业空间。第三产业方面，社区建有东桂园、御景园两个商住区和综合商业设施。[1]

文化[edit]

社区获得的荣誉包括「广东省卫生村」「广东省文明村」，此外还有广东省六好社区称号和中山市五个好示范村称号；2021年12月被认定为「2021年度中山市绿色社区」。[2][3]

名胜古迹[edit]

社区内现存「知青第一楼」，这是1969年修建的知青宿舍，2012年获列入中山市不可移动文物。[1]

据百度百科，1945年5月，珠江纵队的九区大队在此遭遇国民党武装，交战中20人牺牲，梁伯雄亦在其列。民安社区的介绍则把进攻的一方称为「挺三」，两种叫法不同，本条目从前者。[1][4]
