三角镇是广东省中山市下辖的镇，位于中山市北部偏东，镇域面积70.32平方千米^[1]^[2]，2024年12月31日常住人口136140人^[1]。全镇辖7个行政村和中心社区居委会^[2]。镇名来自所在之地于明代末年形成的沙洲，它属于所谓「东海十六沙」，沙洲呈三角形状，故称三角沙^[2]。

历史沿革[edit]

新石器时代，三角山已露出水面^[1]。公元1152年（绍兴二十二年），这一带属香山县古海乡的海域^[1]。民国元年（1912年）之后属第九区，1950年属第十区，1957年划出，称三角乡；1958年改为三角公社并归黄圃大公社，次年复分，恢复三角公社；1961年属民众区，1963年又分开，仍称三角公社^[2]。1983年11月起为区，1986年12月起为镇^[2]。百度百科则把撤区建镇的时间记为1986年12月^[1]。

三角镇地处珠三角中心地带，北面以河道与广州市南沙区横沥镇相望，东邻民众街道，西接黄圃镇，南面隔河与港口镇相对^[1]^[5]。京珠高速公路贯通镇域南北，省道南三公路呈东西向横穿镇境，交通条件较好^[3]^[5]。

2024年，全镇地区生产总值为123.06亿元，比上年增长6.4%；规模以上工业增加值为76.5亿元，增长9.1%^[1]。镇域经济排名也常见于各类全国性榜单：2025年全国千强镇名单中列第322名，2025年全国镇域经济500强中列第179名^[4]。

沙栏鸡原产于三角镇沙栏村，是一种中小型的肉用鸡，又名三角鸡、石岐鸡，1929年起销往港澳地区，1986年收入《广东省家畜家禽品种志》^[6]。镇内的生鱼（杂交鳢）养殖在2020年8月入选广东省农业农村厅公布的「第二批广东省“一村一品、一镇一业”专业镇」名单^[4]。

三角麒麟舞流行于三角镇及周边区域，动作取自洪家拳与莫家腿，是一种模仿动物形态的舞蹈，形成于清代末年^[7]。它于2008年11月21日入选「第一批市级非物质文化遗产扩展项目」，2009年10月16日被批准为省级非物质文化遗产^[7]。
