这里最早于2021年被列入规划，起初只涵盖6个楼盘，2022年7月才正式挂牌。[1]

经济[edit]

教育、文化、体育设施在辖区内相对集中：小学2所，幼儿园4所，托幼与培训机构共22间，另有物业服务企业18家。[2]

文化[edit]

社区党总支部于2020年10月成立，下辖14个小区党支部，党员总数103名。2023年5月，社区与珠海新溪社区党委共建「毗邻党建圈」，协同推进28项民生项目。[1][2]

2022年10月，社区党群服务中心被授予第一批「中山市儿童友好空间」（据百度百科）。[1]
