坦洲村社区是坦洲镇下辖的社区，位于镇域中心北部，与珠海市相接，东面连七村社区，北面靠永一村，西面与联一村相邻。[1][2]

社区前身是清代建村的水乡圩镇，2001年11月由原坦洲村并入居委会，组建坦洲村社区居民委员会。[1][3]

历史沿革[edit]

明末清初，坦洲山周围的滩涂逐渐淤积成陆，清雍正至乾隆年间有人沿山丘建村，形成南环、中环、南基街和建设街等村落与街道。同治年间（1862年—1874年），这里形成圩镇，名为坦洲圩，地名由此而来。[4]

1958年此地称坦洲管理区，1967年一度设革命委员会。居委会要到1987年才设立；直至2001年，原坦洲村并入其中，组成现在的社区居民委员会。[3][4]

人口民族[edit]

博雅地名网所记辖区为7平方千米，居民小组16个，常住人口有约7279名。百度百科的数字则不同：面积3平方千米，2023年12月登记的户籍居民为1742户，共计6942人，另有外来人员的数量在5000人上下。两书所载不一，此处并录。[1][2][3]

经济[edit]

社区以外向型经济为主，有电子、制衣、纸制品、铝材、塑料等企业12家，较大的有煜兴电子厂、豪真精工制品有限公司和铁龙电子科技有限公司。[2]

据2024年的一篇报道，社区内有近十家云吞面店，各有秘方。[5]

2024年另一篇报道称，社区是海外华侨较集中的地方，镇内首所省一级小学设在这里，教育事业也得到了侨胞的支持。[6]

文化[edit]

社区先后获得广东省卫生村称号，2001年通过省、市卫生村验收；2018年社区党支部升格为党委，下设12个党支部。[1][2]

据百度百科，社区境内有坦洲山公园，保存有坦洲老街等历史风貌。[1]
