地理环境[edit]
村域面积约5564亩，两说一致。博雅地名网说村子位居镇的东面，百度百科则说在镇的中南部，两者方位不同，此处并存。曹步涌（约长1.26千米）、火筒滘（约长1.16千米）等水道纵横。[1][2][3]
人口民族[edit]
博雅地名网记常住人口为5991人，另有流动人口7296人，设9个村民小组；百度百科记户籍人口7236人。两者年份未注，此处并存。[1][3]
历史沿革[edit]
村落始建于明末。清乾隆年间，因茶叶种植，此地称「茶埗」，后音变为曹步。1958年，村内设立曹一、曹五两个生产大队；1965年并为曹一大队，1986年才改为现名。[3]
文化[edit]
村内春节有「洗过」的习俗，端午包粽子之类的节俗也保留着；土产则主要是腌头菜与风鱼干。[3]
经济[edit]
村集体经济收入超过一亿元，采用「村委+商会」模式开发天宏光电工业园。[3]博雅地名网记，村集体曾用1475万元赔偿款换回一块位于曹兴西路旁、5.4亩大小的地块。[2]
荣誉[edit]
2026年3月，曹一村被认定为广东省第三批「百千万工程」典型村镇。[1]淘宝村名单公布于2022年10月，曹一村在列。[1]
