古四村是广东省中山市古镇镇下辖的行政村。博雅地名网说它位于镇的中心地带，百度百科则说在镇的西南部。村名取自「古」字加序数「四」，1958年设四个大队时定下这个名字。[1][3]

历史沿革[edit]

清光绪年间，此地属古镇中约，分为尚所、顾所二坊。1950年并为五坊，1958年成为古四大队。其后建制几经变化：1983年为乡，1986年改回村委会，1990年设管理区，直到2001年才重新定为古四村委会。[1]百度百科则称，明洪武年间此地隶属香山县黄旗都，1986年方才成为行政村；南宋末年邓氏迁居于此。[3]

人口民族[edit]

村民以广府民系为主，通用粤方言，邓姓约占人口的三分之一。[3]博雅地名网记人口约2828人、680户，未注年份；百度百科记户籍人口3786人，亦未注年份。两者相差近千人，此处并存。[1][2][3]

经济[edit]

村集体收入以物业出租为主，拥有多幢商用楼宇、一座农贸市场及同益工业园的物业。百度百科称2023年经营性收入为8354万元。[1][3]

2012年前后，村把龙鳞沙荷塘大桥两侧的11块农耕地陆续出租，年底出租工作完成。[2]桑基鱼塘之后，村里改种花卉苗木。[2]特色食品有鸡屎藤饼和炒米饼。[3]

文化[edit]

村里仍保留土地诞、观音诞之类的民俗，重阳节要办千叟宴。[3]村内现存邓氏大宗祠等历史建筑。[3]

荣誉[edit]

2026年3月，古四村被认定为广东省第三批「百千万工程」典型村镇。[1]2020年至2022年，村连续三次上榜淘宝村名单。2019年9月，村上榜2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。[1]
