东罟步村是东凤镇下辖的行政村，位于镇政府东南约7.9公里处，西面与西罟步村相邻，北面接阜沙镇牛角村，东面隔河与小榄东升片区相对。村内户籍人口6865人，全村面积6.2平方千米。村名中的「罟步」指罟步沙，古时渔民常在此晒网。[1][2]
历史沿革[edit]
1950年，此地归第九区凤鸣乡，因位于罟步沙东侧而得名。此后归属几经变动：1953年为第七区辖乡，1957年改属阜沙乡上南营并设4个高级社，1959年先后转隶黄圃公社与阜沙公社，1961年8月划入南头区和平公社。[4]
1974年1月设东凤公社东罟步生产大队，内有22个生产队；至1983年，改为隶属东凤区的东罟步乡，并辖27个村。1986年改设东凤镇东罟步村委会，27个经济社归其管理，1989年设管理区，1998年8月恢复村委会名称。[4]
百度百科则称，该村于1998年正式设立村民委员会。[1]
地理环境[edit]
村位于广珠西线高速旁，10分钟内即可到达高速口、小榄轻轨站与十水线，东海八路贯通全村。村内河网密布，村民住宅依河而建，绿化面积超过40%，被称为「中山逢简」。[2][3]
人口民族[edit]
股东6312人、外来人口500多人，全村户籍人口6865人。[2][3]
经济[edit]
村属农业大村，收入主要靠出租土地，现有农用地约6300多亩出租给他人，经营方向为花卉苗木、果蔬与鱼塘养殖，其中鱼塘超过5300亩，养殖南美白对虾、脆肉鲩、四大家鱼、生鱼与观赏鱼等。[3]
村内有一个工业区，入驻企业20家，其中亿元企业1家，规模以上企业2家，村里正推进「工改」招商。百度百科称村集体经济薄弱，又载2023年获批实施《东罟步村村庄规划（2023-2035）》，2025年还将新建16小区水闸工程，另规划实施2900亩鱼塘的尾水治理。[3][1]
文化[edit]
村内咸水歌传承、「庆国庆和谐杯男子篮球邀请赛」与年终敬老粤剧表演等活动开展较多。村里的特色美食包括玮诚烧鹅、东罟炸辣椒、蕉叶棕与卤猪头。[3]
村先后获得广东省卫生村、中山市文明村等称号，2019年9月上榜「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单，2021年9月被评为第二批省级「一村一品、一镇一业」水产养殖专业村，2022年10月上榜淘宝村名单。[2][3]
