历史沿革[edit]
元末明初，此地由淤积形成中沙洲。清乾隆年间起，顺德、黄圃、浪网等地的人陆续迁来，修筑了同和、同联、东成、长安等围，合起来称为和泰围。[4]
民国时期，此地归九区中沙乡。新中国成立后，它隶属第九区凤鸣乡的和穗村，包括今天的和泰与穗成。1953年改为第七区和穗乡；1957年归东凤乡，名为和穗村；1958年并入小榄大公社，设和穗生产营。1961年与穗成分开，另设和泰生产大队，共12个生产队。文化大革命时期叫青松大队，1976年才恢复和泰大队之名。1983年为东凤区和泰乡，1986年成为东凤镇和泰村委会，下设15个村民小组。1998年撤销管理区，恢复村民委员会的建制，此前1995年曾成立和泰经济联合社。[4]
地理环境[edit]
村内以置业路为南北向主干道，兴华东路与东富路自南向北穿过村中心，连成「二纵二横」的交通网。村子对外可经广中江高速、东阜公路与国道G105通达，村东还有和泰渡口。[3]
经济[edit]
全村现有企业约450家，其中规模以上企业29家。中山丰旭电子实业、中山市强人集团与中山市灿欣电器等企业较为知名。[3]
百度百科载，2023年规模以上企业的年产值合计15.05亿元；村集体收入来自物业租赁与文旅项目。[1]
文化[edit]
村内有特色美食和泰吊企鸡，传统食品包括年糕与煎堆。村子获得过中山市文明村的称号，此外还有广东省乡村治理示范村与广东省卫生村的荣誉。和泰村也在2023年4月公布的「2022年广东省乡村治理示范村」创建单位名单之中，2020年9月、2021年10月与2022年10月先后上榜淘宝村名单。[1][2][3]
2024年，和泰村入选中山市第一批「百千万工程」典型村；2026年1月，获评「广东省第二批百千万工程典型村」称号。[2][3]
