历史沿革[edit]
1953年，此地为小沥乡，隶属第七区。其后几经变动：先作为东凤乡下的小沥村，再归小榄大公社的生产营，1961年又成为南头区东凤公社下的大队。1983年复称小沥乡，1986年设村委会，1989年设管理区，1998年恢复村委会，2013年村改居。[2]
人口民族[edit]
辖区内有18个居民小组。博雅地名网载总人口6888人，百度百科则记为6814人，两者均未注明年份。[1][2]
经济[edit]
社区是镇政府规划的商住中心地带，业态涵盖酒店餐饮、金融商贸、文化娱乐、休闲购物与商务办公。收入来源以出租经营性物业、建设用地、市场摊位，以及村集体分红为主，近年靠盘活集体资产、开发新型物业来发展物业经济。[2]
据百度百科，区内规模以上企业11家，亿元企业2家，代表企业有富华管桩与彩意制衣。[1]
文化[edit]
社区拿过的荣誉包括广东省卫生村与广东省宜居社区，此外还有市、省两级宜居示范村庄的称号。2019年9月，社区上榜「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单；2021年12月，被认定为「2021年度中山市绿色社区」。[2][3]
