村辖面积5.6平方公里，下设25个村民小组，耕地面积8763亩。村中河网稠密，升米滘涌、正涌、裕安涌等水道穿行其间。[1][2]
村子未受工业污染，适宜农业发展。近年建设了基本农田保护示范区、内河整治工程与高标准农田项目。[1]
据百度百科，村集体经济年收入约200万元，主要种植番石榴、香蕉，并养殖四大家鱼。[2]
