村中未设工业项目，属纯农业村；耕地总面积6578亩，其中水产养殖3000亩，主产四大家鱼与南美白对虾。[1]
2012年，村里建成义仓农副产品交易集市。沙石农路共修成20.5公里，另硬底化农路约4公里。[1]
