沿革[edit]
社区所在之地原是国营林果场的旧址。1950年前后，政府招募工人在此组建农业示范农场，场名屡经更改，1999年8月改称中山县多宝林果场。[1][2]
1999年农场转制，随即设立社区；2002年，改设为社区居民委员会。[2]
人口与经济[edit]
博雅地名网记社区合计665人（男性325、女性340），另有外来人口660人，多数居民已外出做工。[1]
百度百科记常住1823人，其中户籍779人，党员35人，但未注明年份。[2]
辖区内的企业以工业为主。博雅地名网称有手套、五金、化纤、塑料等12家企业，百度百科则称厂企有20多家。农业上，香大蕉、鱼塘、荔枝与龙眼是主要作物。[1][2]
