龙石村是广东省中山市五桂山街道下辖的行政村，位于五桂山街道办事处所在地一带。村名由龙塘、石鼓两村委会合并后各取一字而来。[3] 村辖面积约35平方千米，全村常住居民约6500人，户籍居民3100人。[1][2]

2026年3月，村子获认定为「广东省第三批“百千万工程”典型村镇」。[1]

地理环境[edit]

村域东南面与南桥村相接，西南为南台山，西边以板芙镇为界，北侧依傍大尖山，西北方向与南区相邻，东北则与长命水村连成一片。城桂路与龙塘工业大道是村内的主要道路，贯穿村子中部。[1]

经济[edit]

村中有中等规模的厂企约50间，设有4个小区和2个市场（五桂山市场、龙塘市场）。[1] 村内的学校共4所，包括广东职业理工学院、中山中专、五桂山学校和五桂山中心幼儿园。[1]

文化[edit]

村党委于2018年7月设立，辖20个村民小组，共有党员110名（含2名预备党员）。党群服务中心由龙石村党群服务中心、龙塘党群服务站和综合性文化服务中心组成，2024年两处阵地完成局部升级改造。[2]
