树涌村在街道的西南部，北面以梅岭为靠，南侧是岐江河；东为曹边村，西为沙田村，与街道办事处相距约5.7千米。[1]

村落于元皇庆元年（1312年）由刘楚先开辟，初名龙眼树涌，民国初年简称树涌村。2014年并入北溪社区。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

博雅地名网记，元皇庆元年刘楚先等人自隆都溪角迁入，因后山有形似龙睛的山丘，山上的龙眼树长成林，山下河涌交汇，故立名龙眼树涌，民国元年改今名。村落于2006年村改居。[2]

人口与经济[edit]

百度百科记2015年末户籍人口1053人。传统经济以种植水稻为主，现在则以出租农田、鱼塘与厂房为主，并经营树涌工业园，村民收入包括工资与集体经济分红。[1]

文化遗存[edit]

村中保存部分历史文物，包括刘广生故居、红色革命遗址、龙眼树涌长联牌坊、先锋庙与碉楼等。村有「稻花乡」之称。[1][2]
