陵岗村是六和社区管辖的一个开放式小区，在火炬开发区管委会东面约7.5千米处。东边是大岭村，南边连着宫花村，北边靠五星村，西面与濠头村接壤。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
村子于南宋中后期形成，由陈天觉的第八世孙陈伯贤迁居此地，村名因地形而得。历史上归得能都、东镇等行政单位管辖。1987年重新独立建制，2008年才并入六和社区。[1]
地理[edit]
村落呈长方形块状分布于东部的平原丘陵地带，主要山岭有塔石山和狮口林山，后者海拔98米。[1]
人口与经济[edit]
2015年，户籍人口1868人；另有外来非户籍人口约6000人。村中通行粤方言石岐话。传统以种稻和养猪为主，90年代以后，电子制造和汽车销售逐渐兴起，光丰路上聚有20家汽车经销公司。[1]
文化与规划[edit]
村内存有清乾隆至光绪年间编修的《陵岗陈氏族谱》，以及两座市级不可移动文物碉楼。2024年，《中山火炬开发区陵岗-宫花片区控制性详细规划》方案公示并获批复。[1]
