江尾头村隶属广东省中山市火炬开发区张家边社区，位于开发区南部，距区管委会约2千米。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村子建于明洪武元年（1368年），原名江邨，后改为江尾头。明清两代区划多次变动，2008年起属张家边社区。[1]

地理与经济[edit]

村北有下洋山，东南临江尾头涌；逸仙路、岐关东路和博爱路贯穿村域。早年以水稻、果蔬种植和养殖为生，90年代后转向工商业。村中现有制衣、塑料企业，还有江尾头市场。2015年，村集体的收入约1100万元。[1]
