二洲村属城东社区，地处中山市东部平原，村域之内分有二洲、三洲、壳涌、滘仔四个自然村。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
这里原是清初淤积而成的一片沙丘，约1752至1772年间，梁姓渔民开始在此定居。20世纪初，顺德、番禺的移民迁入垦耕，村名由此确定。[1]
地理与经济[edit]
村域位于横门水道南侧，有三洲山以及二洲涌、滘仔涌、壳涌等水系。聚落沿二洲山西南方向呈环形分布。传统经济以水稻、甘蔗种植和水产养殖为主，20世纪90年代土地被征用后转向种植香蕉，现在借助国家健康产业基地来发展健康产业。外来人口在3000人以上，2015年的村集体收入为480万元。[1]
文化古迹[edit]
村中留有建于1910年的三仙娘庙和建于1844年的土地庙。村民以闽方言张家边话与粤方言沙田话为通用语言。[1]
