东裕社区位于中山市城区中心，辖区内有库充、亨尾两个自然村，面积为2.9841平方千米。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

2005年，库充居民委员会与亨尾居民委员会合并，设立东裕社区居民委员会，名称源于辖区内的主干道路东裕路。[1][3]

陈天觉是香山县的立县功臣，其故里在库充。陈天觉夫妇墓位于金钟山一带，属宋代墓葬。[2][4][5]

人口与区域[edit]

辖区内有翡翠花园、顺景花园等12个具备规范配套设施的小区，以及东裕路31-38幢、东区教办宿舍等多个住宅区。[1][2]

经济[edit]

库充经联社于1993年土地统征后，兴建厂房、铺位约40000平方米，实行股份制，此后又投资建成新库充综合市场；亨尾经联社引入企业，建成东区软件园。[2]

据博雅地名网（未注年份），库充村民（股民）人均分红在5000元以上；亨尾经联社的村集体固定资产总值在3亿元以上，已有厂房40300平方米。[2]
