齐富湾社区位于东区北部，长江北路与康华路交界一带。社区范围内的四个自然村分别为齐东、老富头、白沙湾与洋角口，此外还有若干物业小区。[2][3]

社区方言为石岐话。[1]

2001年，齐东、老富头、白沙湾三村合为齐富湾村委会；2003年，村委会改制为居委会，原村委会则转为经济联合社，实行股份制。[2][3][4]
