历史沿革[edit]
解放初此地归新明乡管辖，1953年改隶十四区新联乡，1957年划入望牛墩大乡，1958年由中堂公社统辖。[2]
1961年，官洲与福安、石排同编为三联大队，1963年并入横沥大队。1977年从横沥分出，自立为官洲大队；1983年设乡，1987年为官洲管理区，1999年成为村委会。[2]
人口与经济[edit]
镇政府网站村情资料称，村内常住人口1036人，划为5个村民小组，外来人口约1000人。耕地460亩，水面70亩。[1]
同一资料提到，该村被列为市欠发达村。2008年村中可支配收入约197万元，其中约168万元来自厂房出租；2008年末村总资产1287万元，负债603万元。外来投资企业有13家，主要行业有电子、造纸、毛衫、制衣与塑胶。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2019年9月公布的名单里有本村，该名单对应广东省2018年度的民主法治示范村（社区）工作。[2]
2022年1月，省乡村振兴部门把官洲村列为2021年省乡村治理示范村的创建对象。[2]
