历史沿革[edit]
清初立村，取名洲湾。此地在解放初隶属望联乡，1951年归洲漕乡一带，此后数年随区划调整，1957年列入望牛墩大乡，次年改由中堂公社管辖。[2]
1961年改属望牛墩公社，并入洲涡大队；1963年又从洲涡分出，并合了石头村与大宁等地，组成洲湾大队。1983年设乡，1987年为管理区，1999年改为村委会。[2]
人口与经济[edit]
博雅地名网概况所载（年份未注明），村内耕地约873亩，鱼塘约120亩，有工厂企业15家，流动人口约1230人，出租屋46间。村民多以货车运输与废纸贩卖谋生，也有人进入镇内企业务工。[2][3]
百度百科称，2010年代以来，村内开展截污管网与排污口整治，望溪河的水质从黑臭转为V类；2022年，覆盖全村的雨污分流工程开工。2024年，洲湾与洲涡联合开展连片「工改工」改造，涉及工业用地超过7万平方米。[4]
荣誉[edit]
2020年、2021年和2022年，洲湾村三次列入淘宝村名单。[2]
2019年9月公布的名单里有本村，该名单对应广东省2018年度的民主法治示范村（社区）工作。[2]
