麻一村是广东省东莞市麻涌镇下辖的行政村，位于镇的西部，中麻公路穿村而过，村内蕉林与河涌交错。镇政府栏目称村域面积3.96平方千米，博雅地名网则记总面积4.87平方千米。[1][3]

村庄立于宋代中叶。全村有17个生产队；镇政府栏目记户籍居民约4689人，另有流动人口约7200人，常住人口在一万人以上。[1][3]

历史沿革[edit]

博雅地名网载，1949年麻一划入东莞县第八区，1953年改属第十四区。1954年麻涌乡设农会，麻一划为第一分会，并成立合作社。[1][4]

1958年公社化时，麻一与麻三合成一营，仍称麻一营；1960年分开，另设麻一大队。1983年设乡人民政府，1987年起称管理区，直到1999年才定名为村委会。[1][4]

经济[edit]

村内有耕地2200多亩，其中1477亩经耕地统筹后引进古梅农业园、菇菇花果园等项目，发展观光与体验农业。[3]

博雅地名网的概况页称，村里有外资及民营企业60多家，新建了第三滘工业区；另有曲艺社、棋艺社等群众团体，未注年份。[2]

村里推进「三旧」改造，涉及城市更新用地约973亩，包括第三滘城市更新项目、珠三角汽车博览中心与一片产城融合类更新单元，其中汽车博览中心改造已经完成。镇政府栏目称，村级经营总收入由2016年的787万元增至2023年的1899万元。[3]

文化与名胜[edit]

「白鹤榕荫」是麻涌八大景之一，位于本村。村内的三坊秀润莫公祠为镇级文物保护单位。[3]

镇政府栏目称，本村出过学者与高官，近代藏书家莫伯骥、建筑设计专家莫伯治（1995年当选中国工程院院士）以及革命军人莫富图均为麻一村人。[3]

荣誉[edit]

2021年麻一村获评「东莞市特色精品示范村」，2023年被评为「东莞市美丽圩镇建设攻坚行动示范圩镇」。[3]
