北永村是广东省东莞市道滘镇下辖的行政村，位于镇中心区，总面积6.2平方千米，下辖北永、金牛、马洲3个村民小组。[1][2] 村名由1958年合并的几个自然村各取一字而成，村内的道滘大坟埋葬着1647年的抗清殉难者。[3][5]

历史沿革[edit]

据博雅地名网，北永村立村于元朝末年。它在1999年由管理区改为村委会。中间经历了1958年的大队、1969年的革命委员会，以及1989年的管理区。[1]

1958年，原先的金牛坊、永兴坊、北水坊和马洲坊四处自然村合并为一个大队，大队名由「北水」「永兴」两坊的首字拼成「北永」，人民公社时期仍沿用此名。[3] 1987年至1989年间，大队曾改称北永乡人民政府。[3][4]

人口民族[edit]

道滘镇政府网站2012年的村情介绍记有1090户、3680人，其中新莞人约6500。[4] 百度百科另记户籍人口为3641人，新莞人5800人，年份未标注，此处并列。[2]

经济[edit]

村内有厂房40座，建筑面积合计约20万平方米，办有制衣、五金和光源等厂。[4] 百度百科记载，村里曾于2007年9月28日开办一个农批市场，并与镇政府合作建设。[2]

文化[edit]

2009年，北永村被评为市「文明标兵村」。[4]

名胜古迹[edit]

道滘大坟俗称「万人坟」，在北永村金牛坊北，埋葬的是1647年抗清殉难的人。清道光六年（1826年），举人叶安济带头捐资重修。[5] 据百度百科，墓地面积约421.2平方米；它在1993年被列为东莞市文物保护单位，省一级的认定在2012年10月。[5]
