彭辣村是广东省东莞市道滘镇蔡白村下辖的自然村，位于镇区东部，距镇政府驻地约1.5千米，西侧临东莞水道。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村里的叶姓一支祖上于南宋时自福建迁来。村子在清嘉庆十一年（1806年）建成，起初名为「建贤庄」，1915年为躲避水患搬到彭辣洲，才有了现名。民国期间它归第九区的济川乡管，1999年起划入蔡白村。[1]

经济[edit]

种植水稻和香蕉是传统农业，但1990年以后工业化使农田渐少。截至2015年，村内有两家企业和五户个体工商户；集体经济主要靠物业出租，资产规模约1200万元。[1]

文化[edit]

村内现存地母庙1座、土地庙2座，村民在春节、端午、中秋和冬至进行传统祭祀。特色食品有道滘肉丸和裹蒸粽。[1]
