齐沙村是沙田镇下辖的行政村，位于镇的最南端，东接虎门镇，西临狮子洋，南面隔水与威远岛相对，北面是穗丰年村。辖区面积约4平方千米，下辖4个原自然村和10个村民小组。村政府网站称，户籍人口2392人，常住人口1.6万余人。[1]

省道S358轮渡路穿过全村，距离沿江高速沙田收费站互通口约7.3千米。虎门渡轮码头设在村子的西南端，博雅地名网称，这里水陆交通便利。[1][2]
