泥洲村是沙田镇下辖的行政村，位于莞城西南约20.5公里处，北靠大流村，东与洪梅镇隔一河相望，南临东江南支流出海口，西濒珠江狮子洋。村下设六个村民小组。截至2025年底，全村有户籍居民1319户、4279人。[1][2]

泥洲村自2009年起整村搬迁，大部分村民迁入䲞沙花园。一家外资企业的厂房约有十八万平方米，生产混凝土预制件和建筑材料。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

百度百科称，1976至1977年村里的甘蔗试验田亩产曾突破20吨。1990年后，村中土地被征用，建成省煤场，农业随之转为虾塘养殖和香蕉种植。[3]

村政府网站称，2016年，村委会搬到了䲞沙社区党群服务中心所在地。2022年，泥洲岛标准化产业片区开始建设，规划调整了约274亩用地。[1][3]

经济与交通[edit]

村内现有返还地约887亩。村里租给麦可瑞项目29.6亩地，镇政府另租用85.7亩，沙实集团租用24亩地建停车场。村集体另有若干投资项目，并参与了合股公司“沙田里·1961”的成立。[1]

岛内沿江路与疏港路已建成通车。沙田大桥也已建成，连通泥洲岛与沙田镇区，为立沙精细化工园区与泥洲岛的开发提供了交通条件。[1]

百度百科所载的2024年底数字为1107户、4279人，与村政府网站2025年底的户数（1319户）不同，两者年份不同，此处以后者为准。[3]

搬迁[edit]

整村搬迁的三期抽签上楼工作已于2014年底完成，大部分居民住进䲞沙花园。园内设有学校、幼儿园、卫生服务站，以及养老服务中心。[1][2]
