百花洞村位于大岭山镇中心区西面，辖区总面积4.6平方千米，其中林地2.2平方千米，森林覆盖率达49%[1]。村内有马山自然保护区，是革命老区，抗战时期的「百花洞战斗」就发生在村内[1]。

村内共4个村民小组，党员94人，设4个党支部[1]。村组两级集体资产合计27501万元，统计时点为2024年11月底；经营总收入2599万元，两级纯收入2169万元[1]。辖区内家具、五金、印刷等企业约250家，其中有几家规模以上企业[1]。

建设与荣誉[edit]

近年村内升级改造「四小园」、荔枝文化公园、农民公寓道路、滨河绿道、马氏宗祠（炮楼）与村民活动中心等项目[1]。村子已创建为东莞市特色精品示范村，先后获得「东莞市文明标兵村」「东莞市平安社区」「东莞市生态村」「东莞市美丽庭院典型村」等称号[1]。
