农场社区位于大岭山镇中心区，东面与松山湖科技产业园为邻，南侧接连南区工业园，西边挨着矮岭冚村，是镇内客家人较为集中的社区之一[1]。社区户籍人口941人，常住人口约1.5万人[1]。

历史沿革[edit]

据博雅地名网，1958年水库工程之后，大沙圩迁到农场一带另建集市，称农场圩[2]。1961年大岭山公社设立后，这里成为农场大队；此后1984年改设农场乡，1986年改为农场管理区，1999年又设农场村委会[3]。2005年推行体制改革，才改设农场社区居民委员会[3]。

社区概况[edit]

社区面积约0.9平方千米，分第一、第二、上场三个居民小组，设党支部3个，正式党员76人，预备党员2人[1]。辖区内制造业企业共73家，聚焦电子设备智能制造、高分子新材料与印刷，其中规模以上企业4家、高新技术企业5家[1]。

社区党群服务中心办公面积约1000平方米，下设党务、政务、公共法律与自治互助四大服务板块；区内建成13个「四小园」，另有上场康乐活动中心一处[1]。

荣誉[edit]

社区曾获「省文明社区」「市文明社区」「市生态社区」「市商业示范社区」与「绿色社区」等称号[1]。博雅地名网还记载，居委会在1999年与2006年获得市文明村和文明标兵社区称号，2003年与2004年先后获市、省卫生村称号[3]。
