官井头村是广东省东莞市凤岗镇下辖的行政村，位于凤岗镇最东端，东面与龙岗区相接，南面与深圳相接。村旧称土宜洞，1983年村里引进第一家来料加工企业，此后工业化发展较快，村民生活随之改善。[1][2]

村位于镇域东端，地形为山地，四面有山岭环绕，东面的龙平公路与南面的东深公路把村子与深圳连接起来。全村面积10.3平方千米，分为8个村民小组。[1][2]

2015年末，村民户籍人口2007人，分属527户。外来劳工与临时人口超过3万人。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村落立于清代，早先隶属岭山乡，1951年改隶塘埔乡。1952年村里设立农民协会，1957年并入凤岗乡体系。1958年，官井头与嶂厦两个高级社合成一个大队，即官井头生产大队；1961年改属凤岗公社。1984年改设乡政府，1987年改为管理区，1999年改为村委会，沿用至今。[1]

经济[edit]

1983年，一家香港企业开办的毛织厂落户村中，这是村里第一间「三来一补」企业。此后工厂企业大量进入，村民陆续建起楼房，到2006年底已有住宅600多栋。[2]

村中约200间企业，产品门类有电子、五金和塑胶等。2015年10月至2016年9月，村集体经济总收入为7998万元，纯收入5594万元。[1]

教育与荣誉[edit]

1994年以后，村委会陆续筹资一千多万元新建官井头小学，学校后被授予东莞市一级学校等称号。2005年起村里对考上大专院校的在籍村民设立奖励。[2]

2019年9月，村上榜2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。2022年10月，村上榜淘宝村名单。2026年1月，村获评广东省第二批「百千万工程」典型村。[1]
