铁松村位于清溪镇东南部，毗邻深圳与惠州，下辖10个村民小组。[2][3]1985年引进首家工厂后，村庄逐步由农业转向工业，博雅地名网所载目前外资与民营企业有60多家。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

百度百科载，村庄的建制经历了几次变化：先是1959年的大队，之后1983年成为乡，1987年改为管理区，最后于1999年设为村委会。[2]

博雅地名网载，1985年8月村里引进了第一家工厂，即铁松毛织厂；村里把一间旧学校改建成工厂宿舍，又出资盖厂房，租给一位香港老板开厂。工厂开设后，村民纷纷进厂做工。[1]

经济[edit]

据该村工作总结，2025年9月末，全村集体资产规模为49723万元，较上年增长3.34%；收入合计4973万元，净收入3990万元；负债为3897万元，负债率7.84%。[4]

该页还称，2025年村里组建的公司「东莞市松明实业投资有限公司」为全镇首家村域强村公司，借助光伏与充电桩等项目增强集体经济。[4]
