清厦村紧邻清溪镇中心区，下辖鹿湖坝、老圩和厦屋3个自然村。[1][2]村内的厦屋有南山曾公祠和一片客家围屋群。[4][2]

历史沿革[edit]

百度百科载，1987年，清厦村引进了首家港资企业清厦胶花厂，该厂租用了沂光小学的旧校舍作厂房，投产时有75名工人。[5][1]

博雅地名网载，1989年村支部书记带领村干部四处引进外商，不少旧校舍、祠堂和会堂都改作了厂房，村里由此积累了原始资本。90年代初厂房不足的问题日益突出，1997年以后村里实施「工业立村」规划，建设商住小区与工业厂房。[5][1]

维基百科称，清厦村旧称厦屋村，村中的武帝庙建于明崇祯元年（1628年），供奉关公。[2]

经济[edit]

据该村工作总结，两级资产在2024年合计44239万元，比2020年多出9857万元；2021至2024这四年间，两级经济收入累计38075万元。村里在石壁山开辟了100亩荔枝产业示范基地。[3]

百度百科载，2024年清厦村经济总收入8080万元，村里买下一处面积较大的厂房，并引入了高新技术企业。[5]

名胜古迹[edit]

南山曾公祠位于厦屋，为清代所建的三进三开间祠堂。关于其始建年份，百度百科作清乾隆四十五年（1780年），维基百科作清乾隆九年（1744年），两说不一致，本条并存。维基百科载，该祠2003年被评为市重点文物保护单位。[4][2]

据该村工作总结，村里以南山曾公祠为核心，投资约500万元推进周边环境改造，并建设了村民活动中心。[3]
