犀牛陂村位于大朗镇西南部，与深圳市宝安区罗田相接，毗邻松山湖高新技术产业开发区和大岭山镇[1][3]。政府网概况所载，辖区面积8.91平方千米，户籍人口4187人，1714户，下设七个村民小组[1]。百度百科载，截至2022年3月户籍人口为4044人，年份不同[3]。博雅地名网所载面积为8平方千米，原面积13平方千米，2001年因开发松山湖科技产业园被征地5平方千米，与政府网数字不同[2]。
得名与建村[edit]
博雅地名网载，村子始建于明代中期，由南迁移民聚居而成。建村时山多林密，常有野兽出没，村民偶尔见到犀牛在溪边饮水，因而得名犀牛陂[2]。

政府网概况称，截至2025年11月，村内承接的征收任务中，环莞三期358亩的征拆与安置大体结束；常虎高速扩建（197.43亩）征收完成百分之百，安置工作正按程序推进；核心创新区一期（368亩）征收完成约六成[1]。
工改工项目[edit]
政府网概况称，公凹工业一区是村内的重点项目，改造范围约7.26万平方米。旧厂房区原有建筑面积约6.64万平方米，容积率仅0.85。改造后拟建七栋厂房，总建筑面积19.01万平方米，容积率提升至3.5，项目总投资5.9亿元，于2025年9月17日动工[1]。
