辖区面积2.4平方千米的洋乌村坐落在大朗镇中部，紧挨富民工业园与松山湖科技产业园，下设洋陂、乌石岭、校椅围三个自然村[1][2]。政府网概况所载，全村有745户，户籍2044人，外来暂住者约两万人[1]。百度百科载，截至2022年3月户籍人口1971人[3]。

百度百科载，1949年初此地属新三区黄洋小乡；1987年改设洋乌管理区，1999年再改为洋乌村[3]。
经济与项目[edit]
政府网概况称，截至2025年底，全村资产总额约3.9亿元。村里在推的项目有浔兴拉链生产、洋新五金制品生产、洋溢机械生产，另有文化设施楼，以带动集体增收[1]。
村内完成了富升路扩宽与排水工程，黄草朗排渠的水环境已得到整治，文化体育馆也经过加固修缮，并铺设了雨污分流管网。2025年还建成一批“四小园”和村庄广场绿地[1]。

政府网概况称，2025年村里总警情同比下降33.53%。村内新增的停车位有260余个，来源是四处临时停车场的建成[1]。
