井巷村是广东省东莞市寮步镇下辖的行政村，位于寮步镇南部，西南路穿村一侧，靠近东莞城市学院，毗邻东城开发区。[1]
村子是1999年11月由寮步镇三联管理区分立出来的，面积约1.06平方千米。到2024年，户籍人口为一千一百多，流动人口五千四百上下。[1]
集体经济[edit]
村里的各项资产总额约1.06亿元。主要收入来自厂房与土地的租金以及商铺租金，当前出租情况为厂房12间、土地34块、商铺52间，另有其他物业3单。[1]
公共服务[edit]
村综合服务中心大楼于2019年落成，内设老人活动室、图书室和舞蹈室等功能室，并有专业社工、文化管理员及镇「先锋号」驻点服务，服务范围涵盖老年人、妇女儿童、困难群体和文化宣传等。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2022年，东莞市总工会授予村子「先锋号」职工服务中心示范点的称号；同年，村子的村规民约入选广东「百篇优秀村规民约」。[1]
环境建设[edit]
村里把环境提升列为乡村振兴与民生工作的重点，道路改造与休闲设施建设同步进行，村容村貌随之改善。[1]
