村子面积约1.42平方千米。到2024年12月，共有262户，常住居民710人，其中男性三百四十五人，女性三百六十五人。另有外来暂住者四千上下。[1]

村子与同沙生态园、佛灵湖、松山湖相近，莞深高速从村中经过，松山湖大道绕在辖区外缘，出行方便。[1]
