下岭贝村是广东省东莞市寮步镇下辖的行政村，位于寮步镇西北部，距镇政府约6千米，东面连着岭厦村，西面接横坑社区，北面连竹园村。[1]
村子面积约1.6平方千米，登记为639户，户籍居民一千八百余人，设一个村民小组（新村）。外来常住人口约一万五千。[1] 村中姓氏有钟、谢、袁、黄、卢等。[1]

村党委出资两千八百多万元建起综合服务大楼，楼内设有社区服务中心。村里还购买社工服务，让村民的文化生活更丰富。[1]

村里投入七百多万元建设聚宝园公园，投入一千二百多万元进行美丽乡村建设，包括溪源湖景观改造、谢屋围与唇口围的鱼塘升级，以及基业中路道路改造。[1]
村里还投入六百多万元升级基业西街、永和一街、永和二街和永恒路等道路，投入一千多万元整治横竹河与狮子河的河堤。[1]
