新旧围社区是广东省东莞市寮步镇下辖的社区，处在寮步镇的西面，辖区内的自然村为新围与旧围两处。[1]

据社区介绍，它的总面积约0.7平方千米，户籍人口1194人，共401户。[1] 博雅地名网所载的面积为1.5平方千米，常住人口约980人，年份未注明。[2] 社区内有外资企业4家、规模以上民营企业11家。[1]

社区内有一座占地89亩的公园，园中有散步道、爬山小径、儿童乐园、亭台和大型停车场。2024年，社区把一处杂草丛生的停车场改造成休闲公园，改造面积约4260平方米，其中水面约1500平方米。[1]

另有一座综合文化服务中心，里面有阅读室、电子阅览区、曲艺室，并设健身、舞蹈和乒乓球活动间；户外还有两个篮球场和一条健身路径。[1]
