岭厦社区是广东省东莞市寮步镇下辖的社区，位于寮步镇西北部，靠近莞樟公路，隔黄沙河与向西村相望。[1]
社区面积约0.88平方千米，以钟姓居民为主。2024年，社区内登记的户数为343，户籍人口1182人；外来暂住者则多达六千余人。[1] 集体经济方面，社区的资产规模接近三亿元，当年经济总收入约四千八百多万元。[1]
产业与设施[edit]
辖区内有企业181家，另有小型经营场所615处，行业集中在电子、五金与印刷。[1] 社区内的生活设施有市场、公园、广场、幼儿园与会所。[1]
居委会大楼里，党群服务、法律咨询、租住与流动人口管理和人力资源服务各有窗口，合为一个综合管理平台。[1]
岭厦公寓与文化[edit]
岭厦公寓2006年建成，占地80亩左右，共十栋、243户。2023年，社区把广场上的杂物间改成了500平方米的阅读空间，里面有绘本馆、阅读区、投影区与电子阅览区，另添图书两万册。[1]
绿美建设[edit]
社区推进「绿美示范村」建设，翻新文化广场，打造黄沙河两岸的绿色景观，把祖庙一带改为南山祖庙游园，并串联闲置地、鱼塘、公厕和绿道，形成「绿美岭厦」游览线路。[1]
2022年，社区更新了旧儿童游乐场，并规划设置学生接送站以消除候车隐患；同年，在旧围区选取11处闲置地块改造为「四小园」。[1]
