田坑村位于横沥镇东南部，与横沥新城工业区连成一片，紧邻常平站与横沥站，村域面积4.8平方千米，下辖九个村民小组。[1]

村内户籍人口3370人，1178户，外来人口约3.35万人。村内有1500多亩农田保护区，村里借此建成了乡村农旅融合区。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

北宋时已建村，后形成大围、新围、广田圩三个自然村。[2]

1953年与松柏塘合并为松田乡，1958年人民公社化后成立田坑大队，1983年改为田坑乡，1987年改为管理区，1999年改为村委会。[2]

文化[edit]

村里的篮球运动历史悠久，有记载的最早篮球架建于20世纪50年代。七十年代，村队在镇春节男子篮球比赛中连续七年夺得第一名。[1]

2026年上半年，村级总资产约48756万元，净资产约11841万元，经营收入449.6万元。[1]
