石涌村位于横沥镇西部，是镇子的西大门。村子东邻隔坑村，北至月塘村，西与茶山镇相接，南面连着东坑镇，紧靠东部快线。[1]
村下辖石涌、罗屋两个自然村，占地约3.7平方千米。常住人口约4万人，其中户籍2220人，户籍居民以吴、刘、罗三姓为多。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
元代的1289年，吴氏先祖友斋由东莞吴家涌迁来落居，那时叫石涌村，又名钟山坊。[2]
到了1953年，石涌和隔坑、张坑一起编成石坑乡。此后的1958年起成为生产大队，1983年以后先后经历乡与管理区的建制，1999年才改为村委会，名称沿用至今。[2]
经济[edit]
2025年，村经联社与经济社两级的资产合计约3.32亿元，两级总收入约4368万元，净收益约2344万元。村内有企业506家，规模以上企业86家，行业以电子、服装、五金为主。[1]
文化[edit]
村里组建了醒狮队伍和志愿服务队，建有新时代文明实践站与综合文化服务中心。2026年，村里提出以「帝师故里」为文化源力，推动石涌工业区、神山工业区的「工改工」项目。[1]
