裕宁社区位于横沥镇中心区东引河以南，傍依寒溪河。它是镇内人口最密集、商圈最聚集的区域之一，2022年5月成立，是一个新型社区。[1]

辖区面积约2.95平方千米，楼盘小区29个，区内有工业厂房36栋，另有工贸企业144家，出租屋482栋，商铺逾1300家。[1]
