历史与文物[edit]
牛过蓢古村落位于超朗村，据景区介绍，南宋时立村，至今有800多年历史，保护红线范围约6.86万平方米，村内留有元明清时期建筑80余间。[4]
村落内的麦日桃故居、麦屋碉楼、西更楼与孙屋古井等遗存中，有7处被列为东莞市不可移动文物。景区称该村先后获「中国传统村落」「中国景观村落」「广东省历史文化名村」等称号。[4]
维基百科载，超朗村于2013年8月入选第二批中国传统村落。[3]
产业与经济[edit]
村子的主导产业为工业，形成以制衣、眼镜、五金与汽配为龙头的工业布局。[1]

建设[edit]
村子于2012年申报传统村落，2021年创建为特色精品示范村。村内建有古树公园，各村小组新建道路与小公园。[1]
