冲美村是东莞市茶山镇下辖的行政村，位于镇区北部，东接塘角村，南连下朗村，北靠博头村。博雅地名网称村子于宋末立村。[1][2]

2022年，村组两级纯收入为947万元，总收入为1292万元。辖区内有企业40多家，主要涉及食品、电子、家具与文化产业。[1]

设施与民俗[edit]

村内有冲美综合市场与文化广场，另有“美丽幸福村居”公园；老年人活动中心和健康活动中心也在村内，综合楼前设一处广场。村里还设有医疗、老人福利与奖教奖学金制度。[1]

每年农历十二月十六，村里举办敬老节，以弘扬孝德文化。[1]
