柏洲边村隶属柏洲边社区，处在街道北端：东边连着峡口，西边挨着上桥，北面紧临东江与运河。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

这里南宋时已有人家定居，地名的来由与东江沙洲有关。明代隶属文顺乡第二都；1999年成为行政村；2003年后归东城街道柏洲边社区管辖。[1]

博雅地名网的社区概况则说，该地始建于长满柏树的河洲旁，地名由此而来。两说的地名由来不同，本条目照实列出。[2]

文化遗存[edit]

据百度百科，村内存有战国晚期的猪牯岭遗址，以及明清古建筑钟氏宗祠。[1]
