瑶安瑶族乡是广东省清远市连州市下辖的民族乡，位于连州市北部，东邻星子镇，南接保安镇，西侧毗邻丰阳镇和东陂镇，北侧与湖南省临武县接界。全乡辖10个行政村，2019年末户籍人口13004人。[1][2]

乡境生态资源丰富，瑶族风俗浓厚，在广东七个少数民族乡之列。乡内保有高台小长鼓舞等瑶族民间舞蹈，田心村牵牛岭还有一处红军烈士墓。[4][7]

地理环境[edit]

乡境位于连州市北部，据百度百科，辖区总面积220.4平方千米，气候属亚热带季风气候；博雅地名网所载面积约为226.22平方千米，未注年份。[1][3]

人口与民族[edit]

2019年末，全乡户籍人口为13004人。[1] 乡内以瑶族为主要居民之一，民族文化在乡里的工作中占有突出位置。[4]

经济[edit]

据百度百科，2017年全乡农业总产值为8614万元，农民人均纯收入达9500元，工业总产值5495万元，税收收入350万元。[1]

近年来乡里探索村集体经济的新路径。清源、碧梧、四和、盘东、瑶安5个行政村共同组建连州市兴瑶农业发展有限责任公司，主营草莓、茶叶、冬笋、木耳等农产品的种植与销售，据乡政府报道，初期规划承包12亩耕地种植草莓。[9][10][5] 另有报道说，该公司是由乡内7名四级人大代表联合成立的，两处说法不一。[5]

历史沿革[edit]

清末，此地设有洛阳公局，民国初年改称洛阳堡。民国二十九年即1940年，此地成立洛阳乡公所，归连县第三区管辖。1958年划入东陂公社，三年后另设瑶安公社；1983年改社为区，1986年冬又由区改为乡，便是今日的瑶安瑶族乡。[1]

文化[edit]

高台小长鼓舞是过山瑶的民间传统舞蹈，多为两人或四人对舞，内容多与祭盘王、建造住屋有关。[11] 乡里在文化站开设高台小长鼓舞培训班，参训人员已达300余人；瑶安民族学校设有小长鼓舞项目传承班，聘请省级非遗传承人到校授课。[4]

2022年8月，连州市文化馆与瑶安民族学校联合创编的舞蹈《瑶山里的小苔花》，获「第三届粤港澳大湾区青少年艺术展演」总展演群舞金奖。[4] 乡里还制作了乡歌《幸福瑶安唱起来》。[4]

乡里开展的民族民俗活动有：田心村的「红军节」（五月初九）、新九村的「神老节」（六月六）、大营村的「神牛节」（七月十八）等。[4] 据2023年初的乡政府报道，全乡文化活动室有11处，农家书屋为10家，文化广场则有12处。[4]

名胜古迹[edit]

田心村牵牛岭的红军烈士墓是乡内的红色史迹，1935年初的战斗与墓地的由来，见田心村条。[7]

规划与建设[edit]

《连州市瑶安瑶族乡总体规划修改（2015—2035）》将乡定位为「瑶族浪漫风情小镇」「富氧山林休闲度假圣地」「特色农业观光体验地」。[6] 2022年公示的《连州市瑶安瑶族乡镇区控制性详细规划》覆盖镇区与大营村地块两个片区，总面积约42公顷，其中镇区约35.88公顷、大营村地块约6.12公顷，规划形成「一轴、两廊、三组团、多核心」的空间结构。[6]

2024年，乡里推进的高质量发展风情旅游建设项目，规划内容包括秦汉时期的骑田岭古道以及瑶族非遗展示中心，用地位于洛阳村地段。[5][12]

乡村振兴[edit]

2026年，广东省定下第一轮共130个镇村片区组团的培育名单，「连州市西岸—东陂—瑶安镇村片区组团」名列其中。该片区沿G537国道、S346省道与X388县道布置，全长约32公里，涵盖3个镇15个行政村。瑶安瑶族乡是连州市已培育的第一至第三批典型镇之一。[8]

2024年，乡人大称大营村及华村的文旅资源活化提升项目正在推进建设。[5] 据新华社报道，连州正在本地推动长征国家文化公园广东段的建设，把沿线的红色、自然与瑶族资源串接起来。[7]
