历史沿革[edit]
村名各取辖内相大村与高洞村的名字中的一字而成。[1]
地理环境[edit]
村的西北部有冷水洞水库，为农业生产提供水源。[2]
经济[edit]
2014年农业结构调整后，村里大力发展经济作物种植和反季节蔬菜。[2]
2024年，村集体启动五指毛桃种植项目。同年6月，50亩的基地建成，计划再发展200亩林下经济，目前全村五指毛桃约420亩，还与广州清平中药材批发市场签订了收购协议。[2]
村里还有一处约200亩的富硒农产品蔬菜基地。[2]
文化[edit]
2026年1月，高相村获评广东省第二批「百千万工程」典型村。[1]
2024年3月，高相村被命名为「2023年广东省卫生村」。[1]
